PPCBL Seeks Insurance Proposals for Group, Motorcycle, House-Building & Solar Finance (01.07.2026–30.06.2027)

Issuer: The Punjab Provincial Cooperative Bank Limited (PPCBL), Head Office, Bank Square, Shahrah-e-Quaid-e-Azam, Lahore invites proposals from reputable insurance companies for provision of specified insurance covers for one year from 01.07.2026 to 30.06.2027.

Eligibility and minimum conditions:

• Registered with SECP.
• Minimum rating of 'A' from a reputable rating agency in Pakistan.
• Proof of at least five (5) years' experience providing such services to public-interest organizations.
• Portfolio of clients and details of company presence/outreach and experience working in different regions of Pakistan.

Submission instructions:

• Interested insurance companies should obtain the RFP (including employee details) from PPCBL Head Office during weekdays at office hours.
• Technical and financial proposals should be submitted on or before 2026-06-20 (in person or by mail) to the address below, accompanied by the required documents.
• Firms may apply for a single category or multiple categories. If applying for multiple categories, envelopes for each category should be different and clearly titled with the respective "Category of Insurance".
• All bids will be opened at 15:30 on 2026-06-22.
• Submit sealed envelopes titled with the relevant category and addressed to Head, Human Resource Division (Human Resource Division), The Punjab Provincial Cooperative Bank Limited, 5 Bank Square, The Mall Road, Lahore.

Required submission documents (to be provided with proposals):

• Complete profile of the insurance company.
• Proof of at least 5 years' experience providing similar services.
• Registration certificate with SECP and rating evidence.
• Portfolio of clients.
• Details of company presence/outreach and experience in different regions of Pakistan.
