Border Health Services - Pakistan (Ministry of National Health Services, Regulations & Coordination) invites bids through the online E-PADS-02 platform under PPRA Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure (Rule 36(a)). Eligible contractors/firms must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-3 or above with specialization CE-10 (Building & Allied Works). A non-refundable document fee of Rs.5,000/- is payable. Bidding documents and online submission are via https://eprocure.gov.pk (e-PADS-02).
