Invitation for Bids: Command Area Development Works – Siri Toi Dam (NCB-CAD-01) | BWRDSP

Issuing Agency: Balochistan Water Resources Development Sector Project (BWRDSP) – Additional Financing (Asian Development Bank financed). The Balochistan Agriculture & Cooperatives Department (the Employer) invites sealed bids under National Competitive Bidding (Pakistan Standard Time) for Command Area Development Works for Siri Toi Dam, Zhob River Basin (Contract No. NCB-CAD-01).

Scope of Works (major items):

Contract period: 24 months.

Eligibility / Key Qualifications (summary):

• Participation in at least one contract of similar nature successfully/substantially completed within the last 10 years with the Bidder’s participation value exceeding PKR 2,000 million (or equivalent).
• Minimum average annual construction turnover of PKR 2,580 million (or equivalent) calculated over the specified period, as detailed in the Bidding Document.

Bid documents & fee: Bidding documents in English are available. A non-refundable document fee of PKR 5,000 (payable by bank voucher) is required; payment in favour of the Deputy Project Director as specified in the Bidding Document.

Submission & opening: Sealed bids must be submitted in accordance with the Bidding Document using the Two-Envelope procedure. Deadline for submission: 1200 hours, 2026-07-22 (Pakistan Standard Time). Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders’ representatives as per the Bidding Document.
