Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited (ZTBL), an AAA-rated specialized financial institution, invites applications for the position of Regional Business Head (Peshawar) — grade VP / SVP-I / SVP. One (01) position is available to lead and grow branch business across the Peshawar region.

Minimum Experience Minimum 10 years in the banking sector, including at least 5 years as Branch Manager / Area Manager. Preference to candidates with branch network supervisory experience in Peshawar / Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Qualification Minimum Bachelor's degree from an HEC-recognized institution (University/National/International).
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop business of branches to increase lending, deposits and outreach; supervise a network of ~15–25 branches.
  • Ensure achievement of disbursement, recovery and other business targets; oversee branch operations including disbursement, recovery, NPL & deposits.
  • Provide leadership for branch performance, profitability and attainment of allocated targets across operational activities.
  • Maintain liaison with agriculture sector stakeholders, extension staff, research institutes, vendors and suppliers; represent the Bank in seminars and conferences.
  • Ensure regulatory/compliance adherence in field operations (AML/CFT/KYC and SBP/Bank rules), implement quality assurance standards and review branch performance.
Eligibility / Ineligibility
  • Maximum age limit: 50 years as on closing date.
  • Market-competitive remuneration will be offered.
  • Applicants must have strong communication, analytical, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Not eligible: persons convicted by a court; applicants previously dismissed/removed/terminated on disciplinary grounds by prior employers.
