Issuer: Punjab Transport Company (PTC). Purpose: Prequalification of experienced, reputable firms / Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) for the manufacturing, supply and support of eco-friendly pure electric urban/city buses and related infrastructure for Lahore Division, Punjab, Pakistan.
Scope: Prequalification is invited for the manufacturing and supply of seventy (70) pure electric urban/city buses comprising nine (09) metre and twelve (12) metre buses, together with associated charging infrastructure, spare parts, tools and diagnostic equipment, warranty, and ongoing support services. Successful applicants, upon prequalification, will be required to provide supply, maintenance supervision, driver training, registration, licensing and related after-sales services as detailed in the Prequalification Document.

Eligibility: Experienced, reputable firms / OEMs with relevant manufacturing and after-sales service capability. The number of buses may vary. Only firms registering and submitting electronically through the Punjab eProcure e-Submission & e-Deposit System (EPADS) will be considered; manual submissions will be disqualified.
How to apply: Prequalification Applications and all supporting documents must be submitted electronically via the Punjab eProcure Portal (EPADS) at https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk/ (e-Submission & e-Deposit System). Prequalification Documents and further details are available for download from the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority and Punjab Transport Company websites and may be obtained via EPADS.
Timing & opening: Electronic submissions must be uploaded by 11:00 hours (PST) on the deadline stated in the tender documents; submissions will be opened at 11:30 hours (PST) on the same day (if the deadline falls on an official holiday, the next business day will be treated as the closing date).
