District Health Officer Peshawar Tender Notice for Supply, Repairs & Services – Closing 2026-07-29

Issuing Authority: Office of the District Health Officer, Peshawar. Sealed bids are invited through E-Pads (https://www.eprocure.gov.pk) from firms registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax Departments and active with KPPRA Revenue Authority for supply, repair, maintenance and services as listed below. Bids must be uploaded to E-Pads and physical bids delivered to the District Health Officer, Peshawar by courier.

Key submission & procurement instructions:

- Procurement is carried out under KPPRA Rules 2014. Bids must be submitted through E-Pads and a physical copy sent by registered courier to the District Health Officer, Peshawar.

- Deadline for upload/submission: 2026-07-29. Physical bids must reach the office by 11:00 AM on 2026-07-29. Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day in the presence of the purchase committee and bidders or their representatives.

- Eligibility: Firms/suppliers must have valid Income Tax and Sales Tax certificates and active registration with the KPPRA Revenue Authority.

- Bid security: 2% earnest money in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) must accompany the bid; CDRs will be verified with the issuing bank. Bids without the required CDR will be rejected.

- Bids must remain valid for 90 days. Rates quoted without required specifications will be rejected. The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per rules.

- Supply terms: Supply must be completed within stipulated periods and on F.O.R basis where specified. Successful bidder will sign an agreement deed with the District Health Officer, Peshawar.

- Additional requirements: All bids must clearly mention the bidder's name, contact person and cell number on envelopes. Non-compliance with stated terms/conditions may lead to rejection.
