BMC Quetta Tender: Revamping Works (Gynae Wards, Nursing College & OTs) — Balochistan

Project Director, PD SHH & BMC Quetta invites electronic bids under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules-2014 for revamping works at Bolan Medical Complex (BMC), Quetta. Only electronic bids will be accepted; physical bids are not allowed. Registration on the Electronic Public Procurement System (BPPRA) is mandatory.

Key procurement requirements and instructions:

• Tender fee: PKR 1,500 (per package). Bid security: 2% of bid value for each work.
• Bidders must be on the Active Taxpayer List and must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency.
• Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) is required: C-3 for Package No.1 and C-4 for Package No.2 (relevant category/specialization). Applicable PEC codes include CE09 (Sewerage Works) and CE10 (General Civil/Building works).
• Bidders must have experience of similar works and provide requisite work orders and completion certificates as stated in the tender documents.
• All bidding documents and electronic submission are available through the Government Electronic Public Procurement System (BPPRA). Bids must be submitted electronically only.
