Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from reputable consultancy firms registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and listed on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for review of project documents for the “Establishment of IT Park, Karachi” (Ref: A(01)/PSEB/2026-19).
Scope includes review and preparation, execution, and/or revision of project documents such as feasibility studies, detailed engineering design, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), technical specifications, cost estimations and associated documentation. Joint ventures/consortia are permitted; the lead partner will be considered for qualification and evaluation.
