Auction Notice: Tuck Shop, Main Canteen & Parking Services at Govt. Trauma Centre Lalamusa (FY 2026-27)

Government Trauma Centre Lalamusa invites sealed bids/auction participation for the award of Tuck Shop / Main Canteen / Cafeteria and Parking Services for the financial year 2026-27. How to apply / key submission requirements: Submit bidding/auction documents in person at the office of the Medical Superintendent, Govt. Trauma Centre Lalamusa. Attach original Call Deposit Receipt (CDR)/earnest money with the bid. Call Deposit Receipt submitted with unsuccessful bidders will be returned on the spot. The CDR of the highest (1st) bidder will be retained until maturity of the contract. Tender receipt, original CNIC and CDR must be provided to participate.

Eligibility & important conditions:

- Bidders must be active taxpayers and hold NTN/STRN.

- Any person declared defaulter by the Government or Semi-Government is not allowed to participate.

- The successful bidder must sign the contract; the contract will commence on signing and expire on 2027-06-30.

- Payments are to be made on a quarterly basis as per contract. The first quarter payment must be deposited within two weeks from the date of issuance of the award letter. In case of delay, a penalty of 5% per day will be charged; non-payment may result in cancellation of the contract.

- The successful bidder shall pay all applicable taxes imposed by the Government of Punjab.

- Hospital Administration reserves the right to accept or reject any/all offers under applicable laws (PPRA and related rules).

- If a central contract or outsourcing of the hospital is awarded, the hospital may require the contractor to vacate the canteen and parking premises within 15 days; such action shall not be challengeable in court.

- The contractor must ensure canteen food and beverage items comply with Punjab Food Authority standards. Police verification and medical fitness certificates for canteen staff are mandatory.

- The contractor is responsible for cleanliness and sanitation of the canteen and surrounding area. A penalty of Rs. 2,000/- will be imposed for each verified complaint of unhygienic conditions.

- Canteen waste must be disposed of at the location designated by the hospital administration.
