Eligibility / Prequalification (as advertised):
- Registration with Income Tax & Sales Tax authorities (must be active filers).
- At least five (5) years business/service experience in the relevant field.
- Turnover of at least Rs. 3.00 million for each route (proportionate turnover for multiple routes) in any year during the last three years.
- Affidavit that the person/contractor/firm is not black-listed.
- Affidavit that the bidder is not engaged in litigation with any executing agency.
Preparation and submission of bids must follow instructions in the bidding documents. Late bids, bids by fax/email, or bids without required bid security will not be entertained. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids according to relevant rules.
