Cantonment Board Wah Cantt Notice: Proposed Transfer of Property Rights in Officers' Colony

Cantonment Board Wah Cantonment gives public notice that, according to office records, ownership rights in a property in Officers' Colony, Wah Cantt (relating to survey/plot records) are recorded in the names of Mir Muhammad Zafar Iqbal, Muhammad Shahid Iqbal and Muhammad Azhar Iqbal. Powers of attorney were granted in favor of Ms. Ayesha Tariq (wife of Muhammad Tariq Iqbal), resident of House No. 80-G, Officers' Colony: by document No. 557 dated 2023-08-31 and by a subsequent instrument dated 2024-01-09.

Ms. Ayesha Tariq has applied to the Cantonment Board to transfer the hereditary ownership rights in the above property to her husband, Muhammad Tariq Iqbal (son of Muhammad Iqbal Ahmad). Anyone having objections or claims should submit them with evidence within 15 days of this notice to the Cantonment Board Office, Wah Cantt, either in person or by registered post; otherwise proceedings will be taken as per rules.
