Purpose: Public hearing on the Federal Government's Motion and proposed policy guidelines for the uniform application of Use of System Charges (UOSC), including consideration of NEPRA determinations of UOSC and projected charges for wheeling, distribution companies (Discos), ISCOs, and other industry participants.
Key issues to be considered include approval of additional charges deemed to be distribution company/periodic adjustment in computing tariff/demand charges, the proposed amendment to S.O. 88 and development of a framework for inter-DISCO differentials, and related implementation matters and adjustments.
