Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites e-bids. Bidders must hold valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in Category C or above, possess a valid NTN and provide proof of Active Taxpayer List (ATL) status. Pay Orders or other financial instruments from a scheduled bank drawn in favour of Pakistan Airports Authority must be submitted in hard form along with the bid documents.
