The Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites electronic bids from eligible contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-1 or above for the procurement of work: Traffic Management Solution at Kashmir Chowk, Murree Road, Islamabad. Bidding will follow the Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure using Least Cost-Based Selection under the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
Bidding documents are available and e-submission must be made via the EPADS v2.0 system; bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0. A bid security is required as specified in the bidding documents.
