Head (Procurement) on behalf of a Public Sector Organization invites sealed tenders from reputable firms/dealers registered with the Sales Tax Department and having their own offices with telephone/fax numbers for supply of items and execution of works as per the schedule below. Tender documents are available Monday–Friday between 09:00 and 13:00 (except Saturday, Sunday & public holidays) on submission of a written request and the non-refundable tender fee shown against each package.
Key instructions:
- Tender submission: Sealed tenders to be submitted in accordance with the tender documents. Tenders received up to 13:00 on the specified opening date will be opened the same day at 14:00 in the presence of bidders who wish to attend.
- Payment: Tender fee by Bank Draft/Pay Order payable to R. Accounts Officer, P.O. Box No. 1553, Islamabad. Cash will not be accepted for tender fee; call deposit is not acceptable.
- Availability: Tender documents obtainable from the issuing office on working days.
- Other: Bidders should follow terms in the tender documents. The organization reserves the right to accept/reject any or all bids as per rules. Tenders also viewable on PPRA website.
