National Police Foundation ITB: Procurement of Weapons & Ammunition (Bid deadline 2026-06-20)

Issuer: National Police Foundation (NPF) Security Services. Invitation to Bid (ITB) for procurement of various weapons and ammunition for NPF on a long-term contract basis. The contract will be initially valid for a period of three (03) years and may be reviewed and renewed after every year subject to satisfactory performance, competitive rates and quality assurance.

Eligibility & requirements: Only licensed firms/dealers registered with relevant government authorities will be eligible to participate. Interested firms must be registered with Arms Dealer/Manufacturer License, NTN & Sales Tax Registration Certificates, provide company profile, previous experience/supply orders, CNIC copy of authorized representative and other supporting documents. Rates should be quoted on firm basis and remain valid for 90 days from the date of opening of bids. Sample inspection/testing and security verification of firms may be conducted before final approval. NPF reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per rules.

Submission details: Proposals for supply of weapons & ammunition must reach NPF HQ, Mauve Area, Islamabad on or before 2026-06-20 at 11:00 hours.
