HBFC Re-Tender: Procurement of Laptops & Desktops with Windows-11 and MS Office Licenses

House Building Finance Company Limited (HBFC) invites E-bids for the re-tender for procurement of laptops and desktops with Windows-11 and MS Office licenses via EPADS v2.0.

Key details:

- Bidding will follow Rule 36(b) of the Public Procurement Rules-2004: "Single Stage — Two Envelope Procedure." Bids will be evaluated separately.

- Bidding documents including Bill of Quantities, scope of work and eligibility criteria can be downloaded free of cost from EPADS (https://eprocure.gov.pk) and HBFC website (www.hbfc.com.pk). The IFB is also available on the PPRA website (www.ppra.org.pk).

- The fixed bid security amount is specified in the bidding documents. Bid security must be in favor of HBFC (NTN # 3098611-7) in the shape of a Pay Order / Bank Draft. A scanned copy of the bid security must be submitted electronically through the EPADS portal; the original physical bid security (hard copy in a sealed envelope) must be submitted on or before the submission deadline.

- Bids prepared per the bidding instructions must be submitted on EPADS on or before the stated deadline. All bids will be opened through EPADS in the presence of the HBFC Procurement Committee and representatives of bidders who wish to attend.

- HBFC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules (PPR-2004).
