Punjab Cattle Market Management & Development Company (PCMMDC) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from eligible, qualified and experienced consultancy firms for end-to-end carbon project development advisory for the PCMMDC biogas projects. The assignment includes baseline finalization, commercial carbon-documentation support, Project Design Document (PDD) preparation, validation, registration support, verification, monitoring support, verification, first issuance and carbon credit monetization support. The consultant will also assist with registration/verification of applicable registry and VVB fees up to first issuance, verification support, issuance support, and monetization support.
PCMMDC requires the consultant to undertake a comparative evaluation of the Chichawatni and Multan cattle market sites to determine which site is more suitable for immediate carbon project development and implementation. The selected firm shall be taken forward as the first implementer under the assignment for full carbon project development, validation, monitoring, verification and first issuance of carbon credits.
