Health & Population Department, Government of Punjab (Directorate of Monitoring & Evaluation) invites applications for Surveillance Assistant positions on a lump-sum pay package on a contract basis.

Eligibility & conditions
- Positions offered on contract under the Government of Punjab Recruitment Policy 2022.
- Candidates must have working knowledge of IT equipment (tablet and computer).
- Quotas for women, minorities and special persons are applicable; relevant domicile/disability certificates required.
- Only candidates with domicile of Punjab are eligible to apply.
- Candidates already in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous bodies must apply through proper channel.
- No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview.
- Age will be calculated as of the last date of submission of application.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview; dates will be communicated by NTS/department.
- Incomplete or late applications will be rejected.
How to apply
- Apply online through the National Testing Service (NTS) website (www.nts.org.pk).
- Fill online application form, deposit prescribed test fee in favor of NTS, and follow NTS instructions for submission.
- Attach CNIC and recent passport-size photographs as required by NTS. NTS will issue roll number slips; original documents will be required at interview.
- Applications submitted directly to NTS within the advertised application period only will be entertained.
