EPADS Tender — Repair & Maintenance of Transformers | Local Government & Rural Development Dept, Bannu

Office: Assistant Director (Senior), Local Government & Rural Development Department, Headquarters District Bannu invites sealed tenders through EPADS under Single Stage Single Envelope procedure for repair and maintenance of transformers for the current financial year.

Procedure & submission: Download bidding documents from the official EPADS/e-procurement portal (eprocure.gov.pk) after publishing of the NIT on KPRA website. Submit electronic bids through EPADS. Original bid securities (CDRs) and required hard documents must be delivered to the Office of Assistant Director, LG&RDD, Tehsil H.Q. Bannu before the closing time of the bid.

Eligibility & requirements: Contractors must be registered with PEC and enlisted with the C&W Department as per the Centralized Enlistment Policy of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Relevant PEC codes and required workshop registration/prequalification with PESCO/WAPDA are required where applicable. Successful bidder shall carry out repair/maintenance works as per PESCO/WAPDA requirements. Bid security and additional security will be governed by applicable KPPRRA/notification rules.

Important dates & notes: Last date for online clarifications: up to 2026-06-12 (05:00 PM). Bids remain valid for 90 days from the closing date. Any discrepancy, cutting/overwriting in the Bid Solicitation Documents is not acceptable.
