E-Tender: Innovative Intervention in Tourism Sector — KP Smart Tourism Command & Monitoring System (STCMS) Packages

Issuer: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Culture & Tourism Authority (KPCTA). Inviting electronic bids (via EPADS) for the project titled "Innovative Intervention in Tourism Sector" under ADP Code No. 1858 / 251487 / 2025-26 for establishment of KP Smart Tourism Command & Monitoring System (STCMS) at CHA Headquarters, Peshawar.

Key submission and procurement details:

- Bidding platform: Electronic submission through e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). Hard copy submissions required as specified below.

- Bid submission deadline (EPADS): 2026-06-22 at 11:00 AM. Hard copy/physical bid documents must be submitted by 11:30 AM on the same date and will be opened/downloaded by the procurement committee at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

- Pre-bid meeting: 2026-06-15 at 02:00 PM at the KPCTA conference/office (interested bidders should attend for clarifications).

- Bid security / call deposit: Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) equal to 2% of the quoted amount to be submitted; bid security requirements apply per package. Separate bids and securities required for each package, and separate rates must be quoted for each package.

- Eligibility: Valid/renewed registration certificates as applicable (FBR NTN, KPRA / STRN or equivalent). For companies, SECP registration and active status on the Active Taxpayer List are required. Bidders must be on the active taxpayer list.

- Tender documents: Can be downloaded free from EPADS, KPPRA and KPCTA websites. Hard-copy bidding documents may be obtained from the KPCTA office on payment of a non-refundable fee (Rs. 1,000) if a hard copy is required.

- Other terms: KPCTA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per KPPRA Rules 2014. Bidders must submit separate bids for each package and comply with all tender terms and conditions.
