National Highways & Motorways Police (NHMP) invites sealed bids for the outsourcing of janitorial services for NHMP Training College, Sheikhupura. Procurement Notice No. 04/Trg/NHMP/2025-2026. Eligible and experienced firms registered with FBR and PRA may apply.

Procedure & eligibility: Single-stage two-envelope (technical and financial) bidding procedure in accordance with Public Procurement Rules. Bidders must be duly registered with FBR and relevant provincial authority (PRA) and meet the qualification requirements stated in the bidding documents.
Bid security & form: Bid security of PKR 350,000 must accompany proposals in the prescribed form (e.g., CDR/Pay Order/Demand Draft) in favor of the Commandant, NHMP Training College, Sheikhupura, as specified in the bidding documents.
Documents & how to obtain: Bidding documents are available free of cost on NHMP/PPRA e-portals and can be obtained or downloaded from NHMP Training College, Sheikhupura during office hours before the closing date.
Pre-bid meeting: 2026-06-09 at 11:00 hours at NHMP Training College, Sheikhupura.
Submission & opening: Original bids must be delivered to NHMP Training College (Kot Ranjeet), Sheikhupura on or before 2026-06-18 at 13:00 hrs. Bids will be publicly opened on 2026-06-18 at 14:00 hrs in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend.
