Capital Development Authority (CDA), Islamabad, announces auctions of various categories of plots to be held at Jinnah Convention Center, Islamabad from 4 to 6 August 2026. CDA has revised the parking standard for commercial buildings on plots being auctioned: parking will be calculated as one car space per 1,000 sq. ft. of covered area (previously published in the auction brochure as one car space per 750 sq. ft.). This change follows consultation with builders, developers and ICCI and is effective for the current auctions onward.
