EOI: Prequalification of Consulting Firms for Third-Party Evaluation/Validation of Education Sector Projects - Ministry of Federal Education, Pakistan

Issuer: Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training (MoFEPT), Government of Pakistan. Purpose: Invitation for Expressions of Interest (EOI) for prequalification of established, experienced and professionally competent consulting firms, including Joint Ventures (JVs) and Consortia, for third-party evaluation/validation (TPE/V) of education sector development projects. The prequalification is conducted in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004 and the PPRA Procurement of Consultancy Services Regulations. The panel of prequalified firms will remain valid for a period of three (03) years.

Eligible firms should meet the prescribed eligibility and evaluation criteria and may be invited to participate in assignment-specific Requests for Proposals (RFPs) under the applicable PPRA procurement method. Interested firms must submit EOIs through the PPRA e-portal (e-PAADS) and also provide one (01) original hard copy in a sealed envelope addressed to the office given below.

The Ministry reserves the right to accept or reject any or all EOIs or annul the prequalification process at any stage as per applicable procurement rules.
