Bank of Punjab Tender: Contractors Required for Renovation of Five Branches

The Bank of Punjab (Head Centralized Procurement) invites technical and financial bids from reputed organizations/companies on a Single Stage–Two Envelope Bidding Process for hiring contractors to carry out renovation work at the following Bank of Punjab (BOP) branches.

Key submission and eligibility details:

• Bids (technical and financial) are immediately available on the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk) and the PPRA website and may be obtained/downloaded free of cost.
• All bids must be uploaded/submitted on the Punjab e-Procurement System by 2026-08-24, 11:00 AM.
• Technical bids will be opened on 2026-08-24 at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who wish to attend.
• Financial bids of only technically qualified bidders will be opened on a date/time to be announced subsequently.
• Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost shall be paid (1Link / Bank Guarantee options) digitally via generated PSID of the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk).
• Prices must be quoted inclusive of all applicable taxes and delivery charges.
• Valid NTN and GST registration certificates are required with the bids.
• This tender notice is uploaded on PPRA (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk), BOP (www.bop.com.pk) and the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk).
• The Bank will not be responsible for any cost incurred in submission of bids or bid documents.
