The Bank of Punjab Tender: Hiring Contractors for Renovation of Multiple BOP Branches

Issuer: The Bank of Punjab (Head Centralized Procurement). Tender reference: CPD/2026/T-125-129. The Bank invites technical and financial bids from reputed contractors/companies for renovation work at specified BOP branches.

Key instructions:

- Bid documents are available immediately and may be obtained/downloaded free of cost from the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://epp.punjab.gov.pk) and the PPRA website. The tender is also uploaded on BOP website (https://www.bop.com.pk).

- Bids must be uploaded/submitted on the Punjab e-Procurement System by 2026-08-24 at 11:00 am. Technical bids will be opened on the same day (2026-08-24) at 11:30 am in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Financial bids of only technically qualified bidders will be opened at a later date/time to be announced subsequently.

- Bid security: 2% of the estimated cost. Bid security must be paid/submitted through 1Link / Bank Guarantee options digitally via generated PSID on the Punjab e-Procurement System.

- Prices must be quoted inclusive of all applicable taxes and delivery charges. Valid NTN and GST registration certificates are required with the bids.

- The Bank will not be responsible for any cost incurred in the submission of bids. Customers can file complaints via SBP's 'Sunwai' service.
