University of Chakwal Auction Notice – Campus Canteens & Shops (Auction No. 01/2026)

The University of Chakwal (Office of the Registrar) invites applications from reputed firms/suppliers/contractors registered with tax authorities (active taxpayers) to participate in an open auction for campus canteens and campus shops.

Key instructions and conditions:

- Download auction documents free of cost from www.uoc.edu.pk or www.cproc.punjab.gov.pk.

- Submit complete applications to the Estate Office, University of Chakwal by 2026-08-26 (Wednesday) before 11:00 AM. The open auction will be held the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

- Contracts will be awarded to the highest bidder(s). The highest bidder(s) must pay 20% of the bid amount on the spot; the remaining amount is payable within ten days.

- Initial contract period is for the financial year 2026–27. Contracts may be extended up to a maximum of three additional years. Any extension for the next year may be granted based on satisfactory performance and on the basis of a 10% increase over the amount of the initial award.

- Auction will be conducted as per PPRA Rules 2014 (amended) and The Punjab Delegation of Financial Powers Rules, 2016. Applicable taxes will be deducted by the University as per government rules.

- Second and third open auctions (if necessary) are scheduled for 2026-08-31 (Monday) and 2026-09-03 (Thursday) at the same time.
