Auction: MS Iron Scrap at Wapda Grid Station, Fateh Jang — Bid by 2026-09-03

Public Sector Organization invites sealed bids to auction scrap material on an "AS AND WHERE BASIS" located adjacent to Wapda Grid Station, Fateh Jang Bhatar / Wah Road, Fateh Jang (near village Ameer Khan).

Inspection: Interested parties may inspect the scrap/stores at Wapda Grid Station Fateh Jang Bhatar / Wah Road, Fateh Jang on 2026-09-01 at 1000 hrs.

Earnest Money / Deposit: Bidders are required to deposit earnest money of 25% of the bid amount (pay order / demand draft) before 1300 hrs on 2026-09-03 at the Office of the Convener Auction Committee adjacent to Wapda Grid Station Fateh Jang Bhatar / Wah Road, Fateh Jang (near village Ameer Khan).

Submission & Bid Conditions:

• Sealed bids to be submitted for the complete lot only; partial/weight-for-any-individual-quantity bids will not be accepted and any earnest money shall be liable to cancellation.
• Bids remain valid for 90 days from the date of opening.
• Successful bidders must pay 100% of the bid amount plus applicable taxes/rules and will be allowed to lift scrap after payment.
• Successful bidder must lift scrap/items within 30 days after approval; failure to do so will forfeit 25% deposit and the bid will be cancelled.
• All participants must bring original/valid CNIC along with two photocopies; otherwise entry will not be allowed.
• The organization reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, without assigning any reason.
