PKLI Tender PRO/163/2026 — Printing Items for PKLI Filter Clinics (FY 2025-2026)

Pakistan Kidney & Liver Institute & Research Center (PKLI&RC) invites e-bids from registered bidders (with income tax and sales tax authorities) for procurement of printing items for eighteen (18) PKLI Filter Clinics for FY 2025-2026. Bidding documents are available free of cost on PKLI website and via the Punjab e-Procurement portal.

How to apply: E-bids shall be submitted online on or before the stated closing date via the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk). Hard copies of e-bids are not required. Bids must be accompanied by the required bid security in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee/Demand Draft/Pay Order as specified and submitted through the e-procurement system.

Other conditions: Bidding documents and tender details are also available at https://pkli.org.pk/tenders/ and via the PPRA/Punjab e-procurement portals. Bid validity period is 180 days from the date of opening. The procuring agency will not be responsible for failures in submission due to technical errors. In case of official holiday on the day of submission/opening, next working day will be considered.
