NESPAK Invitation for Bids: O&M of HVAC at NESPAK House, Lahore

National Engineering Services Pakistan (NESPAK) invites electronic bids via EPADS 2.0 for the operation and maintenance (O&M) of the heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) system at NESPAK House, Lahore. E-bidding documents and detailed terms are available on EPADS, PPRA and NESPAK websites.

Eligible bidders must be licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council in category O-6 or higher (specialization code ME-01), registered with the Income Tax Department and on the FBR Active Taxpayers List. A bid security of Rs. 600,000 is required. Submit e-bids through EPADS by 2026-08-06, 15:00; e-bids will be opened the same day at 15:30. The original bid security must be delivered to NESPAK House, 1-C Block-N, Model Town Extension, Lahore-54700 before the submission deadline.
