Tender: Procurement of IP Telephone Exchange and IP Phones for PEF Head Office, Lahore

Issuer: Punjab Education Foundation (PEF). Sealed bids are invited via the Punjab e-Procurement (eP) System for supply and installation of an IP telephone exchange, operator consoles and IP phones for the newly constructed PEF Head Office Building in Lahore. Eligible suppliers must be registered with relevant tax and registration authorities.

Estimated total price (as shown): Rs. 11,587,013/-. Bid security: 2% of estimated price = Rs. 231,740/- (as specified).

How to apply: Tender documents are available and bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement (eP) System. Bidders must upload scanned bid security and required documents per the e-Procurement procedure. Detailed eligibility, scope, specifications and terms are available in the bidding documents on the e-Procurement system.

Deadline and opening: Bids must be submitted by 11:00 AM on 2026-08-26. Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same date in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.

Other notes: Procurement will follow Punjab Procurement Rules (PPRA) provisions. Punjab Education Foundation reserves the right to reject any or all proposals as per the advertised procedure.
