Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGC) invites shareholders who have unclaimed cash dividends and unclaimed share certificates (Bonus and Right) listed on the Company website (www.ssgc.com.pk) to submit fresh claims. These amounts and certificates have remained unclaimed or unpaid for a period of three years and require shareholders to file claims.
Action required: Shareholders must lodge their valid claims within 90 days from the date of this notice by submitting supporting documentation to the Share Registrar at the address below. If no valid claims are received within the stated period, SSGC will proceed to deposit the unclaimed dividends with the Federal Government pursuant to Section 244(2) of the Companies Act.
