Important notes for members:
- Entry into the Annual General Body Meeting will be allowed on production of Membership Cards issued by the Society / National Identity Cards only.
- Members who have not yet obtained their Membership Cards from the Society may apply immediately; cards will be issued up to 2026-08-29.
- Members can obtain the Minutes of the last Annual General Body Meeting (07-09-2025) and the Audit Report 2025-2026 from the Reception Counter of the Society on production of the original Membership Card up to 2026-08-29.
- Only the agenda is being sent by post. This publication may be considered or treated as the agenda/service of notice of the meeting in case a member does not receive the agenda by post.
