| Qualification & Experience | Either: Ph.D. in Law with 5 years post-qualification legal experience; OR Masters in Law (LL.M.), Barrister, or Solicitor with 10 years' experience. Post-qualification experience should preferably include corporate, civil, labour, property, service, and contract law. |
| Key Duties | Provide high-level legal advisory services; handle labour, service, property, contractual, and corporate legal matters; represent or coordinate with external counsel in courts, tribunals, and other legal forums; drafting, litigation management, negotiation, and compliance matters. |
| Skills | Strong knowledge of Pakistani laws, corporate governance, contract management, regulatory compliance; proficiency in Microsoft Office; fluency in English and local languages considered an asset. |
