Key instructions:
- All procurements will be carried out through PUNJAB E-PROCUREMENT (Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority). Interested bidders must register on the Punjab e-Procurement portal to participate.
- Bidding documents, including technical and financial proposal requirements and terms & conditions, are available free of cost for registered bidders on Punjab E-Procurement (https://epp.punjab.gov.pk) and PPRA Punjab (https://ppra.punjab.gov.pk).
- Submission deadline: All bids must be uploaded on PUNJAB E-PROCUREMENT on or before 2026-08-27 up to 11:00 AM. Proposals will be opened on 2026-08-27 at 11:30 AM on the Punjab E-Procurement portal.
- For each package, separate bidding will be conducted using Open Competitive Bidding (Single Stage-Two Envelope) as per Punjab Procurement Rules (PPR 2014) amended to date.
- Bids must be accompanied by bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost in the prescribed form (e.g., Pay Order / CDR / Banker’s Cheque) from a scheduled bank. Originals of required documents/bid security must be delivered as instructed in the bidding documents.
- Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend. Taxes will be deducted as applicable and bidders must have valid tax registration as required.
