Issuer: Capital Development Authority (CDA), Islamabad.
Purpose: Public notice of CDA land auction and revision of parking standard for commercial buildings on plots being auctioned.
Auction dates and venue: The auction of various categories of plots will be held at Jinnah Convention Center, Islamabad, from 4 to 6 August 2026.
Revised parking requirement: The Auction Brochure had published a requirement of one car space per 750 sq. ft. covered area. Following requests and consultations with builders, developers and ICCI, CDA has revised the parking standard for commercial buildings on plots being auctioned now and onwards to one car space per 1,000 sq. ft. covered area.
Additional notes: This change has been communicated via social media, news clippings and media streams; this public notice is issued for the information of all stakeholders.
