National Bank of Pakistan invites experienced HR professionals to apply for the following contractual roles in regional HR. Only shortlisted candidates meeting the eligibility criteria will be invited for panel interviews. Employment is on a contractual basis for three years, renewable; selected candidates will receive a compensation package and benefits as per Bank policy. Manager – Human Resource Management	Multan	Minimum graduation or equivalent (local/international institute recognized by HEC)	Minimum 8 years' work experience, preferably in banking/financial institutions At least 3 years as an in-house or corporate trainer / experience in training Subject expertise in Compliance and/or Branch Banking Operations and/or Soft Skills Excellent interpersonal & communication skills; proficient in English, Urdu and local languages; MS Office and online conferencing tools	Design, develop and deliver need-based training programs and update existing courses Structure training programs, conduct lectures, group discussions and case studies Conduct tests, prepare results, analyse trainee understanding and prepare feedback reports Organize seminars/workshops and implement training methodologies
Regional HR Business Partner (AVP)	Gwadar, Quetta, Sheikhupura, Sibbi	Minimum graduation or equivalent; candidates with Bachelor's/Master's in HR or Public Administration preferred	Minimum 5 years' work experience with at least 2 years in Human Resources Experience in financial sector preferred Good understanding of HR practices & processes, stakeholder management, MS Office	Supervise regional HR activities and support Senior HRBP in implementation of HR initiatives Recommend HR actions including promotions, appraisals, counselling and disciplinary matters Oversee Continuous Development Programs, staff benefits processing (loans, medical, TA/DA), and ensure timely disbursement of dues Maintain records of leaves, transfers, postings, disciplinary cases and update MIS/staff data
