POF Wah Cantt Invitation to Bid for Cloth, Shoes & Garniture – Closing 2026-08-29

Pakistan Ordnance Factories (POF), Clothing Factory Wah Cantt (Director SCM) invites sealed and electronic bids from original manufacturers / authorized dealers / suppliers registered with income tax and sales tax authorities for supply of cloth, shoes and garniture items. Bidding documents, specifications and terms are available at the office of the undersigned or may be downloaded free of cost from the POF website.

Submission instructions: Complete bids (technical and commercial) must be submitted online via the POF E-Bidding Portal (www.ebidding.pof.gov.pk). A separately sealed hard copy must also reach the Bid Center adjacent to Rabta Hall on or before the above date. Envelopes should be received at least half an hour before the scheduled opening time.
