Auction of Perishable Goods — Collectorate of Customs, Quetta — 2026-08-07

Issuer: Collectorate of Customs (Enforcement), Custom House, Airport Road, Quetta.

Public auction of perishable goods will be held under the Auctions Rules (SRO 450(1)/2001, Chapter V) and provisions of the Customs Act, 1969 and Customs Rules, 2001.

Key conditions and requirements:

• Interested bidders must deposit Rs. 25,000 (refundable) as a call/earnest deposit in favor of Collector, Model Customs Collectorate, Quetta prior to participation.
• Successful bidder must pay 25% of the bid amount on the spot; remaining 75% to be deposited within 7 days of display of the list of approved lots on the Notice Board.
• Successful bidder (only NIN holder) must deposit 10% of the bid amount as advance income tax separately.
• Cancellation of auctioned lots shall not be admissible on the basis of condition/quality.
• Confiscated goods can be inspected during office hours at the location specified in the auction list against each lot.
• The Collector of Customs, Collectorate of Customs (Enforcement), Custom House, Quetta reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning any reason. If the auction is not completed the same day, it may continue the next day until finalization.
• On the day of auction participants/bidders must bring original Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC).
• Interested parties/bidders may submit their highest sealed bid mentioning the lot number, along with a copy of CNIC and the earnest money in the form of a bank pay order; bids will be opened publicly at the time of auction.
