Eligibility and key requirements:
- Bidder must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan. Balochistan Revenue Authority registration is required.
- The firm must have completed 3 assignments of similar nature and demonstrate financial capacity with a turnover of at least PKR 20,745,249 in three consecutive previous years.
- Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) C-5 and above (up to PKR 65 million) in the relevant category. Specialized codes cited: CE09(ii) (Water Supply), CE100 (General Civil Engineering Works), EE11(vi) (Solar Installation).
- The bidding firm must submit audited reports / audited balance sheets for FY 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25.
