Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, CMA (ICMA) or CPA preferred. | Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience in financial management, accounting, budgeting, financial reporting or loan disbursement; including at least 5 years on MDB-funded projects (ADB, World Bank, AIIB, IsDB or similar). Practical experience with Withdrawal Applications (WAs), Statements of Expenditure (SOEs), Designated/Advance Accounts, Direct Payments, Reimbursements, imprest/advanced funds, donor compliance and financial planning. Working knowledge of ADB Loan Disbursement Handbook, ADB Financial Management Guidelines, government financial rules, PSDP procedures, PIFRA/SAP, IPSAS/IFRS, ERP-based financial systems and advanced MS Excel/financial modelling. Experience on large infrastructure, railway, transport or CPEC-related projects is an advantage. | PPS-11. Maximum age: 55 years. |
Terms: One (01) year contract, extendable subject to satisfactory performance, continued project requirement and availability of funds; co-terminus with the project. Pay and other conditions as per Project Pay Scale Policy (PPS-11) and government approvals. No TA/DA for test/interview.
