District Health Officer (DHO), Mardan (Khyber Pakhtunkhwa) invites online applications for EPI Vaccinator positions on fixed pay under contract.

Key conditions: Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test based on submitted credentials; final verification and scrutiny will be done by the appointing authority. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for further process. Government/Semi-Government employees should apply through proper channel. Reserved quotas: 10% female, 2% disabled, 0.5% minorities. No TA/DA for test/interview. In case of foreign degrees, HEC equivalence certificate is required.

How to apply:

- Apply online only via ETEA: www.etea.edu.pk. After online submission a prescribed deposit slip (with token number/project code) will be generated. Deposit the prescribed non-refundable test fee as instructed on the generated slip and keep the original bank-stamped candidate copy.

- Do not send hard copies to ETEA or DHO at the time of application. Original documents, testimonials and deposit slip must be produced at the time of verification/screening.

- Candidates will be informed of test details and admit cards by ETEA via SMS / website. No personal call letters will be issued. Availability of a list of candidates and other instructions will be published on the ETEA website.
