Bid documents must be filled and a clear scanned copy uploaded when applying through EPADS. A scan copy of the bid security must be uploaded on the EPAD system, and the original must be delivered to the Office of Assistant Director Senior LG&RDD South Wairistan Upper District through registered courier before the closing time of the bid.

The bid securities must be prepared in favor of the ASSISTANT DIRECTOR (SR) LG & RDD SOUTH WAZIRISTAN UPPER. The contractor or his representative may be present at the time of opening of electronic bids. Bids will remain valid for 90 days from the closing date. The procuring entity may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of bids or proposals in light of KPPRA Rule No.47.
