Issuer: Project Implementation Unit (PIU) – ML-1, China Pakistan Economic Corridor Support Project (CPECSP), Pakistan Railways, Headquarters Office, Lahore. Applications are invited for a contractual Financial Analyst / Specialist to support MDB financial management and loan disbursement functions.

| Financial Analyst / Specialist (MDB Financial Management & Loan Disbursement) (PPS-11) | 01 | PIU ML-1 Office, Lahore (liable to serve anywhere in Pakistan) | Master's degree (minimum 16 years) in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or Business Administration (Finance) or equivalent from HEC-recognized university. Professional qualifications such as CA, ACCA, CMA (ICMA) or CPA preferred. | Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience in financial management, accounting, budgeting, financial reporting and loan disbursement; including significant experience (at least 5 years) on ADB/World Bank/other MDB-funded projects. Practical experience with Withdrawal Applications (WAs), Statements of Expenditure (SOEs), Designated/Advance Accounts, Direct Payments, Reimbursements, UFRs/APRs, donor compliance, ADB Loan Disbursement Handbook, financial rules and ERP/IFRS/IPSAS-based systems. Experience on large infrastructure, railway or CPEC-related projects is an added advantage. | 55 years |
Terms: One (01) year contract, extendable subject to satisfactory performance, continued project requirement and availability of funds. Pay as per PPS-11 under Project Pay Scale Policy approved by the Government of Pakistan.
