The Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) invites e-bids for the procurement of non-consultancy services. Bidding will follow the Single Stage - One Envelope procedure and Quality & Cost Based Selection (QCBS) in accordance with Public Procurement Rules and PPRA regulations.
