Applications are invited from qualified, experienced Pakistani nationals for a one-year contract (extendable) appointment as Financial Analyst / Specialist (MDB Financial Management & Loan Disbursement) on a project basis at PIU ML-1, Pakistan Railways, Lahore. Pay package: PPS-11 under the Project Pay Scale Policy.

| Financial Analyst / Specialist (MDB Financial Management & Loan Disbursement) (PPS-11) | 01 | PIU/ML-1 Office, Lahore (liable to serve anywhere in Pakistan) | Master's degree (minimum 16 years of education) in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics, Business Administration (Finance) or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university. Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, CMA (ICMA) or CPA preferred. | Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in financial management, accounting, budgeting, financial reporting or loan disbursement, including at least 5 years on MDB-funded projects (e.g., ADB, World Bank, AIIB, IsDB). Practical experience with Withdrawal Applications, Statement of Expenditures (SOEs), designated/advance accounts, direct payments, reimbursements, donor compliance, ADB loan disbursement handbook, government financial management guidelines and ERP/PIFRA/SAP systems. Strong MS Excel/financial modeling skills. Experience on large infrastructure or railway projects is an added advantage. | Up to 55 years |
