Opportunity: One (01) contract position of Financial Analyst / Specialist (MDB Financial Management & Loan Disbursement) (PPS-11) to support MDB-funded project financial management and loan disbursement functions.

| Minimum Qualification | Master's degree (minimum 16 years of education) in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics, Business Administration (Finance) or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university. Professional qualifications such as CA, ACCA, CMA (ICMA) or CPA preferred. |
| Experience & Eligibility | Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience in financial management, accounting, budgeting, financial reporting and loan disbursement. At least 5 years' experience on ADB, World Bank, IsDB or other multilateral development bank funded projects. Practical experience with Withdrawal Applications (WAs), Statement of Expenditures (SOEs), direct payments, advance accounts, reimbursements, IURs/APRs, donor financial reporting and financial planning. Knowledge of ADB Loan Disbursement Handbook, ADB Financial Management Guidelines, Government Financial Rules, PSDP procedures, PIFRA/SAP, IPSAS/IFRS, ERP-based financial systems and advanced MS Excel/financial modelling required. |
