University of Chakwal Auction: Campus Canteens & Shops — Apply by 2026-08-26

University of Chakwal (Office of the Registrar) invites applications from reputed firms/suppliers/contractors registered as active taxpayers to participate in open auctions for campus canteens and shops. Auction documents are available free of cost online.

How to apply & key dates: Submit applications in full conformity with auction documents to the Estate Office, University of Chakwal, by 2026-08-26 (Wednesday) before 11:00 AM. The open auction will be held the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives. If required, second and third open auctions may be held on 2026-08-31 (Monday) and 2026-09-03 (Thursday) at the same time.

Payment & award: Contracts will be awarded to the highest bidder(s). Successful bidder(s) must pay 20% of the bid amount on the spot; the remaining amount is payable within ten days.

Contract term: Initial award is for the financial year 2026-27. The contract may be extended up to a maximum of three (03) years. The competent authority may extend the contract for the next year based on satisfactory performance with a 10% increase of the rent from the initial award.

Rules, taxes & cancellation: The auction will be conducted under PPRA Rules 2014 (as amended) and Punjab Delegation of Financial Powers Rules, 2016. Applicable taxes will be deducted by the University. The University reserves the right to cancel one or more tenders or the auction process and reject bids at any time without assigning reasons or incurring liability.
