Invitation for bids for the repair and rehabilitation of the Divisional Headquarters (Karachi) at GSS Qaim Shah Bukhari under ADP No. 394.
Eligibility
Firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-4 or above with specialization codes CE09, CE10, EE04. Bidders must also be registered with the Sindh Revenue Board (SRB) and Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for income tax and sales tax, and must not be blacklisted.

How to Apply
Bidding documents can be downloaded from the SPPRA website http://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted online via the e-procurement system by the deadline. The procedure is Single Stage - Two Envelope. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 5% of the bid price in the form of a Pay Order/Demand Draft/Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank in Pakistan in favor of the Project Director, PMIU/SERP-II/SID. A non-refundable tender fee of PKR 5000 is also required.
