Tender: Supply of HOPE Pipes for Water Supply Scheme Gopat — Public Health Engineering Division, Dera Bugi

Issuer: Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division, Dera Bugi (Balochistan). Procurement under PSDP 2026-27 for supply of pipes for a water supply scheme. Procurement will follow Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (B-PPRA) Rules and will be conducted through Single Stage - Two Envelope Procedure. Bidding Documents are available for download from the B-PPRA website.

Eligibility & conditions:

- For procurement of pipes only manufacturing firms (manufacturers) shall be eligible to participate.

- Each bid must be accompanied by a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) amounting to 4% of the Bid Price issued by a scheduled bank in favour of the Procuring Agency.

- Prescribed Tender Fee of Rs. 50001- shall be deposited through Green Challan under the relevant Head of Account; the original paid Green Challan must be submitted with the bid.

Submission & opening:

- Bids shall be submitted electronically through the B-PPRA e-Procurement System (ePPS) on or before 2026-08-20 at 22:00 (10:00 PM).

- Electronic bids will be opened on 2026-08-20 at 23:00 (11:00 PM) in the Office of the Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division, Dera Bugi. Bidders or their authorized representatives may attend the opening. Bidders are also advised to check bid status via the B-PPRA e-Procurement System.

- The original Green Challan and original CDR shall be submitted to the Procuring Agency as required.

Other details:

- Failure to satisfy any prescribed eligibility criteria in the Bidding Documents will render a bidder non-eligible at the Eligibility Evaluation Stage and the bid will not be considered further.
